Caramelpaw sat on the rough flooring of the Medicine Cats den. Right at the doorway. She was watching all the other apprentices, practicing hunting with they're mentors, running around like there was no tommorow. Her soft golden eye and blue eye gazed around envying those apprentices. A light walzting wind, began dancing around with her pelt. She closed her eyes, as she realised this is the path she had chosen. This was the path she wanted.

Her mind filled with thoughts of what if I had never chosen this? and what her life would be like if the accedent have never happened. Her muscles tensed as she saw a butterfly gentley land on her nose, when she looked up, trying to sniff it, it flew away. She wanted to just get up and chase it. But she had a duty now, a job. The blue/golden eyed apprentice looked down at her fur, her ankles and some of her shoulder fur was still stained a raspberry red, from her encounter with something chasing her. She tried to lick it clean, more came off, but the stain still remained on her ankles.

[/i] "heroic" clan, he always thought WindClan was really the only dominating one. ShadowClan were a bunch of cowards, RiverClan were a bunch of lolly-gaggers and ThunderClan was just too proud of itself. Well... that was what Jetpaw thought. The haughty apprentice strode away from where he'd seen the butterfly disapear and peeked into the Medicine Cat's Den. He was a little surprised to see Caramelpaw. "Hey Caramelpaw." He greeted, blue eyes flickering slightly.[/ul]

Caramelpaw shook her head, clearing all thoughts of her fantasie. "Oh, hello Jetpaw." Her voice soft, and quiet, thats how it always was when she daydreamed. She felt another small breeze whirl its way around her. Her head drooped a little, again watching the other apprentice's train and play. "Hows your day so far?" Her voice trying to sound happy and excited, but she knew it did'nt work.

Before he answered, she looked out of the doorway. Her blue/amber eyes gazing out at the fresh green patches of grass, with little crickets and butterflys swarming around it. They then looked at a log, with some berries over it. The log [having berrys over it] was stained a dark red. Her eyes quickley shut, as if she was stabbed there. Memories swarmed back into her head of the accedent, before shaking her head once more, and looking up at Jetpaw. great. now he probley thinks I'm some sort of Psyco-path!!

Jetpaw's eyes were following a butterfly as it fluttered past his face, though he made no move to catch it. He was a bit bored of chasing butterflies around camp. Besides, all the elders had yelled t him when he accidently splashed in a mud puddle and got dirt on some of the fresh kill. He turned back to Caramelpaw, seeming not to feel the breeze at all, though it ruffled his tabby fur. "It's fine... but I'm kinda bored. All the other apprentices are out training.... I think I just wanna take a walk or something." He sighed, eeeys flickering with doubt.

Jetpaw didn't seem to even notice Caramelpaw's little twitches. He was staring at the swirs he had made with his claw in the dirt. It looked kind of like wind to him. For if wind lookd like anything, he imagined it would look like that. The tabby tom let out a little mrrow for no apparent reason as he scratched away his little drawing. Jetpaw peered at some of the herbs in the den, the smell filling his nostrils. He'd never really fancied all the strong smells wafting from the den, but he also didn't mind them. In a way, they were refreshing.[/ul]

"I would love to go with you Jetpaw, But I don't know if Jakalstripe would allow me to just up and leave." She replyed back to him in a little mew. She closed her eyes, knowing she would never become a normal cat, ever again. Shes always going to be the one, training to heal other cats. Her blue/amber eye gazed down at Jetpaws drawing.

To her, it looked like the ocean, where she could run free, free of laws, free of other cats, just her and the ocean. She smiled at the thought. Until it turned upside-down, knowing it would never happen. There was'nt an ocean for miles too. Her eyes looked back up at Jetpaw. His eyes looked happy and carefree to hers, showing her reflection. But when she saw the rest of his face, it looked bored, and out of spunk. Like it was missing life. Just like hers.

[Fusion]

A white stream of fur pranced into the camp. She saw the two apprentices chating away near the front of the medicance cat den. Willowstream decided to go and greet them. It wasn't like she had anything to do that moring. Her paw scapred agasit the floor as she walked to the apprentice.

Hey how are you today? she asked them. She finaly gets a chance to relax from her deputy duties.

"Hey guys!" shouted a young tabby apprentice sarcasticly from about 5 metres away from the group of cats crowding near the the medicine cat den. "Who died? Or is this some meeting I just wasn't invited to?" Lately Bloodpaw had been subjected to feeling like every conversation was about him. All he had heard was "today" and he remembered that this morning he had tripped on a root because he was staring at one of the female apprentices. Obviously they must have been saying about how he was such a kittypet, right?

Bloodpaw glanced quickly at Willowstream. He had never quite approved of her position, but he accepted it in all but his mind. If that was what Zephyrstar wanted, so be it. His brain scanned the warrior code. "The leader's word is law." He wondered what Willowstream would say about his outburst, but he didn't really want to feel like he was a little kit being punished, so he said: "Sorry Willowstream, I've just had a bad day. So what are you guys talking about?

[Fusion]

Willowsteam smiled at Bloodpaw. Oh thats ok Bloodpaw.We all have those kind of days. Willowstreams eyes clouded and turned a darker light blue. She knew some cats didn't approve of her being the newest deputy. I'll prove it to every cat in this forest! Even if I have to die doing it! she said to herself. She still kepted the pretty smile of hers on her face.
