DarkpawPersonality:
Darkpaw is larger than most cats her age. She is strong and fighting fit--there is no doubt she will become a great fighter one day. Her pelt is beautifully sleek, smooth, and shiny. In the light her fur reflects a deep red tint, matching that of blood. Her tail, however, is a deep, dark brown; almost undistinguishable from the black on the rest of her body. Her claws are a radiant silver, sparkling in the sun but most noticeable in the light of the moon.
Her eyes are most unusual; they are a monotone silver gray with a faint hint of blood red. They accent her face, which most often carries an uncanny smile of evil. A white spot adorns the right side of her chin while her eyelashes are a ghostly white. Her jaw sits awkwardly, which makes her usual expression look a little devious. Her teeth are so sharp it used to scare her mother.
Darkpaw is a most devious little apprentice. She is always getting into trouble. She has also has no respect for authority whatsoever and puts little trust into other cats until they have proven themselves. In her opinion, rules are meant to be broken and authority was meant to be challenged. She doesn't care about Clan boundaries. She disregards most cats in her way, and sees some as obstacles in her master plan. She is ambitious and incredibly thirsty for power, and hopes that one day, ShadowClan will rise to the top and she will be the one who got it there.History:
She is very bitter and curt with most cats. Although, if you manage to become one of the few cats she takes a liking to, she will protect you with her life. When it comes to fighting or hunting, however, she is overly loyal to ShadowClan. She would give her life for the good of ShadowClan anyday. Sometimes she uses her troublemaking to cover up her divine loyalty to those she has let become a part of her life.
Darkpaw is rough and cold because she never really had any parents. Or family, for that matter. She was the only kit in her litter. Her parents died when she was still very young. She never even got much socialization because she was the only kit in the nursery for a long time. Even then, her mother was often out doing her warrior duties and left Darkkit alone in the nursery while she was gone. Her father was harsh and cruel; he never wanted to have kits and he was always so dissapointed in his daughter. Often, he did not claim to be the father. He was completely neglectful and occasionally abusive when he felt that she was not good enough.IC:
She was never popular with the other ShadowClan cats either. She often went unnoticed, and there was always something more exciting to do than pay attention to Darkkit. She was always just left in the nursery. Often she played by herself until she got to sad to continue. She never held the bar high for anyone because she always expected them to let her down, like her mother and father and everyone else did. Sometimes, she thought that one day she would get killed in there, all alone, and maybe then everyone would be sorry. Maybe they'd feel bad about what they'd done. But it was no use.
Eventually her parents died, and she was taken care of by another she-cat. She wasn't much better than Darkkit's mother. She was constantly out doing other things, and through all this Darkkit learned something inportant: Independance. She learned to care for herself, since nobody else was ever there. She became strong, but with this came a sense of rebellion, a little bit of apathy. No I'm not angry. And no I'm not upset. It's taken me a while, but this is what I've learned. Emotional attachment is really not a threat when I'm simply not concerned. The things that I take on I soon shrug off 'cause I know no one will ever be content with the way things are or with what they've got. So I've given up and now I'm just indifferent.
None needed!
